EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Our June Employee of the Month is Jill Hanford! We would like to thank Jill for being a great employee! Jill started her position covering for another employee. She learned quickly, followed direction, asked questions, made notes, and applied her knowledge. Jill impressed our client, and they kept her and expanded her role. Jill has proved to be very adaptable, good at working in a team and willing to accept the challenge of anything that is given to her.
The Employee of the Month is chosen based on supervisor feedback, attendance, and performance.
COVID-19
The PA Department of Health at https://www.health.pa.gov/ Recommends that you Remember These Important Steps to Stop the Spread of COVID-19:
- Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other individuals.
- Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds as frequently as possible or use hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
- Cover coughs or sneezes with a sleeve or elbow.
- Do not shake hands.
- Regularly clean high-contact surface areas.
- When sick, stay at home.
- Do not gather in large groups.
HOLIDAY – July 4th
Our office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the July 4th Holiday. Time sheets will be due as usual by Monday morning, July 6th. We highly suggest you complete them on Thursday, July 2nd if the company you are working at has July 3rd off. If you are working July 3rd, please complete your timesheet Friday so the person approving your time sheet will have ample time to review and approve.
REFERRALS
Specialized is always looking for good people and you can help! Research has shown, and our own experience supports this, new hires that come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors and stay with the company longer.

W-2s
Effective next year we will NO longer physically mail W2’s. We will upload all W-2’s to the Intuit Workforce website (the same site weekly paystubs are uploaded to). https://workforce.intuit.com
If you would like a paper W-2 mailed to the address on file, please request either by sending an email or calling our office.
Please make sure you register on the website to have access to your paystubs and W-2 information.
REMINDERS
As the weather is getting warmer, please remember to dress appropriately and adhere to the company’s dress code. Also, remember that cells phone should not be used during your working hours.

Since you are on our payroll, we are responsible to know if you are at work or not.
In addition, if your roles or job duties change, we would like to know so that we can update our records. We realize you are comfortable with your onsite supervisor and should communicate with them as you normally do but also send us an email or call regarding the things you have discussed.
