EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Our June Employee of the Month is Sasha Minich.  Sasha’s supervisor says “Sasha has gone above and beyond. She truly stands out in our department as a star employee. She has taken initiative to provide feedback on processes. She asks questions for clarification. Sasha will soon be asked to train new employees during onboarding. Sasha has progressed to being able to take on additional work/practices and is a true asset to our department. We recently asked Sasha to accompany us to an onsite visit for a Practice/Care Center Roundtable because of her excellent insight into our operations.”

HOLIDAY – July 4th

Since July 4th falls on Sunday, our office will be closed on Monday, July 5th in observance of the July 4th Holiday.

 Time sheets are due Tuesday, July 6th by 9:00am.

We strongly suggest that you submit your time sheet at the end of your work week, whether that be Friday July 2nd or Saturday July 3rd.  This also allows your supervisor more time to approve it!  If time sheets are not received by 9:00 am on Tuesday, July 6th, your paycheck will not be processed until the following week.

REFERRALS

Specialized is always looking for good people and you can help!  Research has shown, and our own experience supports this, new hires that come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors and stay with the company longer.

That is where you come in!

Some of our best Candidates are working and want to be made aware of potential new job opportunities.  If you know someone who would be a good addition to Specialized, you will receive a $100 Gift Card if you refer them for employment and they are hired!

W-2s

As of last year, we NO longer physically mail W2’s.  We will upload all W-2’s to the Intuit Workforce website (the same site weekly paystubs are uploaded to).

Please make sure you register on the website to have access to your paystubs and W-2 information.  If you need re-invited to register, please let us know!

If you would like a paper W-2 mailed to the address on file, please request either by sending an email or calling our office.

REMINDERS

As the weather is getting warmer, please remember to dress appropriately and adhere to the company’s dress code. Also, remember that cells phone should not be used during your working hours.

If you are sick or have an appointment, please remember to let us know either by voice mail at (724) 287-8380 or (866)240-5150 or email us at Info@TheBestWorkWithUs.com

Since you are on our payroll, we are responsible to know if you are at work or not.

In addition, if your roles or job duties change, we would like to know so that we can update our records. We realize you are comfortable with your onsite supervisor and should communicate with them as you normally do but also send us an email or call regarding the things you have discussed.

Our May Employee of the Month is Mary Jo Frazer.  She has been working for one of our clients since March.  Her supervisor said that what he likes about Mary Jo is that “she is timely and reliable.  Very thorough in her work and goes the extra mile.  She is great with people, has connected well with our clients.  Mary Jo is easy to work with.”

MEMORIAL DAY REMINDER

Specialized will be closed on Monday, May 31st in observation of Memorial Day.

Time sheets are due by 9:00am on Tuesday, June 1st.
