Happy Mindful Monday! (okay we know it’s only Friday but….)

A mindful Monday routine can set an overall positive tone for your week by helping to reduce stress, promote better sleep, improve your mood and increase productivity.  Developing a morning ritual for Mondays could include things like:

  • Mindful breathing – Practice deep breathing or short meditation to promote calmness and center yourself.
  • Exercise or stretch – Just a few minutes of activity, even stretching can help awaken your body and mind, and it promotes flexibility.
  • Try a healthy breakfast – A healthy breakfast plays a crucial role in starting your day on a positive note by increasing energy levels, improving cognitive function & mood, and it gives metabolism a boost.
