Specialized is always looking for good people and you can help! Research has shown, and our own experience supports this, new hires that come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors and stay with the company longer. That is where you come in! In our experience, some of our best Candidates are currently working and they just want to be made aware of job opportunities. If you know someone who would be a good addition to Specialized and they meet the qualifications for an existing open job, you will receive a **$100 Gift Card if you refer them for employment and they are hired!

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Our first Employee of the Month for 2020 is Macy Stopko. Her supervisor says “Macy stands out because of her “Yes” attitude. She is new to our industry and has had to learn as she goes. She will tackle any project asked of her. Macy is not afraid to ask questions if she needs help and does it all with a smile on her face. She continues to be a huge asset to “Team Hughies”.”

If your company is off Monday, January 20, 2020 for Martin Luther King Day, please make sure you submit your time sheet on Friday, January 17th before you leave for your long weekend. Our office will be open on Monday, January 20th so we will need it approved by 1:00 pm Monday for payroll.
The next time you are in your profile portal entering hours on your time sheet, please check that we have your correct address and phone numbers. Also, please enter an emergency contact for our records if you have not done so. 2019 W-2’s
W-2’s will be postmarked no later than Friday, January 31st. Although we anticipate all W-2’s to be mailed out from our office a few days prior to January 31st. W-2’s should be uploaded online to the https://workforce.intuit.com/ website prior to being mailed.
